Cornwall: Public library offers Watt Reader program
Cornwall Free News / Jacqueline Milner / 08 January 2010
Cornwall Electric has partnered with the Cornwall Public Library to bring area residents the Watt Reader Program. This program gives library members the opportunity to borrow a Watt Reader to plug in with your appliances so that you can see the amount of electricity being consumed by different appliances in your home. They also have useful energy saving tips available in brochure form. The Library also reports in their year-end newsletter that they are planning to incorporate more environmentally sound practices in the year 2010. They encourage the public to pass along any suggestions that might help them in this regard.
